How the same exercises has progressed over the first three weeks post surgery. 
23rd August - My first non-assisted steps prior to the surgery. ​
17th September - Working on some basic squat movements. Squats are a big part of my start to weight lifting. Once I can do these confidently, we can progress with more exercises in the gym. 
19th September - Single leg raises. A test to see how close I am to running. Once I master all my single leg exercises, running will be the next step. 
23rd November - Running for the first time since September 2017. What a feeling!
